    Capacitive touch display with an honest recommendation

    The SpaTouch 3 Plus model uses a modern capacitive touch layer that is software-protected against accidental touches from running water drops or rain, effectively preventing massage functions from starting by themselves. However, it is important to remember that this is a similar technology to the one used in modern smartphones. If your hands are completely submerged in water or there is a continuous standing layer of water on the display, touch sensitivity naturally decreases. For an instant and fully reliable response, we therefore recommend quickly wiping the display or your fingertip dry before making adjustments.

    Compatibility with Balboa control systems

    This modern touch panel is fully compatible with all main control units from the Balboa BP Series that normally support older TP800 and TP900 keypad types. It can be connected without issue to Balboa BP2100, BP2000, BP600 systems or to the BP6013 series in all its modifications. The panel also works reliably with Balboa BP200G1 and BP200UX units, while the range of icons shown on the display automatically adapts to how many pumps and accessories are actually connected to the given control board.

    Due to the direct connection to the hot tub electronic system, installation must be carried out by a qualified electrician or a trained wellness technology service technician. Before installation itself, we recommend checking the shape and size of the existing acrylic cut-out in the hot tub.
