Balboa Heater 2.0 kW Assembly with pressure switch

Flow heater is connected to a firm control unit and it is controlled by automatic control programme. Due to three titanic stabilizers this heater is very resistant and reliable and it is with limited vibration even during high stream. Structural damming holder is standardly present on all heaters by the company BALBOA WATER GROUP. 

This new equipment ensures centric assembly and settlement. Therefore, there is ensured repated production and high quality of the product. The final result is smoother flow around a spiral combined with low vibration. All this has a positive effect on the product reliability and resistance. Spiral structure allow exact arrangement during production.

• Chemical inert epoxy gluing, soldering place, enhance resistance against corrosion.
• Each group is tested for 60 psi in order to detect leakage before isntallation.
• New desing enables free space among parts and a cover which ensures quiet operation of the heater during streaming.
