It enables 120 pH determinations in the range 6.2 - 8.5.

A range of 7.2 - 7.6 is generally recommended for the pH value.

The tester is supplied in a plastic blister pack and contains reagent, cups, laminated color standards card, instructions for use and technical information.

Frequency of measurements: We recommend measuring once a week.

Measurement procedure: Rinse the crucible and lid well with the tested water. Fill the beaker up to the mark with tested water, add 5 drops of the pH reagent, close the beaker with a lid and mix. You determine the pH value by comparing it with colored targets. When comparing, hold the cup without the lid 3-5 cm above the white surface between the colored targets and, looking from above, look for the color-matched target. If the coloring is its shade between the two targets, estimate the result within this range.

Read the value by turning the card with the targets optimally towards the light (by the window, in sunny weather outside in the shade, etc.).
