Clean water does not necessarily mean clean pipework
Biofilm, body oils, cosmetics, sunscreen and mineral deposits can build up inside pipework, jets and pumps. These contaminants can cause odours, foaming and a brown film, and reduce the effectiveness of subsequent disinfection.
Degreases
Dissolves body oils, cosmetics, sunscreen and other greasy residues.
Descales
The lactic acid content helps remove limescale and mineral deposits.
Supports disinfection
A clean system creates better conditions for subsequent water care.
Important: Deep Cleaner must only be used in old water before it is drained. Do not enter the hot tub during the cleaning cycle.
Choose the intensity according to the level of contamination
Regular cleaning 250 ml / 1 m³ When changing the water regularly

How to use Deep Cleaner
Leave the old water in
Clean immediately before the planned water change. Remove the cartridge filter if one is installed.
Measure the correct dose
Use 250 ml per 1 m³ for regular cleaning or 500 ml per 1 m³ for heavy contamination.
Start circulation and jets
Run all massage jets for 30–60 minutes. Keep the thermal cover open throughout.
Drain the old water
After the cycle, allow the water to stand briefly and then drain it completely.
Rinse the tub thoroughly
Rinse the inside with clean water to remove loosened dirt and foam residue.
Check cleanliness
After filling with fresh water, run the jets for 10 minutes. Repeat the cleaning cycle if a brown film or foam appears.
Deep care for the cartridge filter
Preparing the solution
- remove the cartridge filter from the unit
- prepare 5 L of lukewarm water
- add 50 ml of Deep Cleaner
- fully immerse the filter in the solution
Soaking and rinsing
- leave to work for 2–4 hours
- for heavy contamination, leave overnight
- rinse the filter thoroughly with clean water
- allow it to dry before reinserting
Signs of contaminated pipework
Water foaming
Recurring foam may indicate grease, cosmetics or dirt inside the pipework.
Unpleasant odour
An odour after starting the jets may be caused by biofilm and organic deposits.
Brown film
Brown discolouration of the foam or surface may indicate biofilm being released from the pipework.
Reduced disinfection effectiveness
Biofilm can shield contaminants and increase the consumption of routine water-care products.
Recommended frequency: perform deep cleaning at every water change, at least once every 2–3 months.
