    How to proceed correctly 

    1

    Circulation and filtration

    During normal operation, maintain filtration according to your hot tub manufacturer’s recommendations.

    Measure pH

    Use the DUKE drop tester to check the pH value.

    Adjust pH

    If pH > 7.4, dose pH MINUS according to the label. Let it mix by circulation and measure again.

    4

    Chlorine-free disinfection

    Add the recommended amount of chlorine-free disinfectant (as per the label) and let the water circulate.

    5

    Regular check

    Measure pH 1–2× per week and always after intensive use or topping up the water.

     

    Important: Correct pH of 7.0–7.4 is fundamental. At higher pH, disinfection efficiency decreases and deposits increase; at low pH, corrosion is a risk.

     

    Is chlorine-free disinfection as effective as chlorine?

    Yes—at the right pH and dosage, and especially in combination with ozone/UV, it keeps the water clean and hygienic—without the typical chlorine smell.

    How often should I measure pH?

    We recommend 2–3× per week, always after topping up the water and after heavy hot tub use.

    Does the package work without ozone/UV?

    Yes, but ozone/UV significantly improves the result (lower chemical consumption, more stable cleanliness). If you don’t have it, consider adding it.

    Is it safe for materials (acrylic, stainless steel, seals)?

    Yes, at the right pH and dosage. Balanced pH protects materials and extends their service life.

    Dosage: Adjust to the water volume and current condition; follow the labels.
    Storage: Keep dry, out of reach of children; protect from frost and direct sunlight.
    Safety: Use protective equipment as indicated on the labels. Do not mix with unrelated products.
